January ipsy Review: Collectively Caitlin www.collectivelycaitlin.com

If you haven't heard of ipsy you have got to check it out! It's a monthly subscription and for $10 a month they send you a new adorable little make up bag with makeup samples to try. You fill out a profile about your skin tone and products/brands you like. It's fantastic! I honestly am pretty fearful of trying new makeup things. Especially spending money on makeup to then just want to return. But this lets me try new products and colors and brands! I love it! If you're interested in signing up click here.

This month I got some pretty cool stuff!

MR. WRITE (NOW) Eyeliner Pencil Jac: Oh my gosh I am in love with this color! I have never worn anything other than black eyeliner. So it felt a bit strange but I think this may be an everyday item for me now! I did not expect to love it this much! It goes on so smooth!

OFRA Universal Eyebrow Pencil: I'm gonna be real with y'all. My eyebrows were due for a wax like a month and a half ago. They are super bushy and overgrown and I don't even know what to do with pencil with this much eyebrow. My eyebrow might have eaten it. And even when they're waxed they're still super thick. So the eyebrow pencil was kinda wasted on me.

Blinkle Shimmer Eyeshadow Tangerine Light:  I absolutely love how light this eyeshadow is! And it's not overly powdery while still being light! (Have you ever had an eyeshadow that was so powdery that it made a mess? Yeah. Not cool.) But this was light without being messy! I love the feeling of it! This color was not for me. I am so super pale and the color was too bright. I think it would look amazing on darker skin tones though! But if your skin tone resembles that of a ghost, like mine, maybe find this eyeshadow in a different color.

Jelly Pong Pong Curl Fairy Lashes Mascara: If that isn't the longest mascara name you've ever heard I don't know what is! I actually really love this mascara! It didn't clump or anything! I'm a fan! It's staying in my purse!

skyn Iceland Glacial Cleansing Cloths: So this one might be the most surprising one in the bag for me. I have some makeup removing cloths that I normally use and I assumed that these would be like that. But no! They are a full on face wash. They lather up like soap. And it really is a deep face wash without water. They were stronger than I expected and might be too harsh to use on my face everyday. But for a nice clean face when traveling or to wash makeup off when I'm too sleepy to at the end of a day, yeah it's a winner.
