Things were a little quite at Collectively Caitlin over the weekend. I had a great weekend! I had a huge Chloe and Isabel jewelry event that was combined with a LuLaRoe party. If you don't know about LuLaRoe, you need to! My favorite clothing items in my closet are LuLaRoe! You'll see some pics of the leggings and skit I got below! And we also had a friend in from out of town. And we had dinner with another young married couple one evening. And I got a new camera! I am so excited about this! I am by no means a photographer. And I have no desire to be a professional photographer! But I do want to be able to take better photos for this site! I've mostly just been playing around with it over the weekend! But I thought I would share a few of the pictures I snapped with you all!
This is the Everything Vegan Bowl I shared with you all on Friday! So yummy! Any my non-vegan husband loves it too!
These are those LuLaRoe leggings I told you about! I am not a leggings person. But Amy convinced me to give them a try. I picked out this really fun print and they are the most comfortable thing in the world! I love them! I can not wait to work with Amy again a purchase a pair or two more! hehe!
Of course a selfie was important. Excuse the no-makeup. When I put it on Instagram I added a filter to hide that. lol! Also, you should be following me on Instagram. It was a great pick for creating a promo for the jewelry I was wearing! (PS. It's customer appreciation month which means big things for my customers! So you might want to check that out!)
I tried my hand at a few product shots. I think they turned out alright! For a first timer at least! I love these pieces too! I really need to work on my chalk board writing skills and my product photography! But I'll get there! You can find these jewelry pieces here.
These are my new little Chloe and Isabel birds! They were on sale at Michael's and they matched the Chloe and Isabel logo perfectly! I just had to have them for my displays!
Oranges. Kinda blurry. But just because.
Valentine's decoration that I made and hung in mine and the hubs room and still haven't taken down. I think it's kinda cute! I might leave it up a little bit longer!
This is another killer LuLaRoe piece! It's a Madison skirt and it has pockets and I'm in love!
And a cake dish full of leftover desserts from the Chloe and Isabel/LuLaRoe party! I baked way too much! Wayyyy tooo much! haha! But it really was such a great weekend! I promise not to abandon you guys like that again!
